Energy work is my truest passion. Over the years the way I work with people and receive information has changed many times. Every session looks different for each person because we are all unique. Our energetic signature is uniquely our own, so the way I approach each session is different. I was gifted with the ability to interpret information from your energy field in order to help you, heal yourself. With the help of Great Spirit, My guides, Angels and Your Higher self, meeting with my Higher Self, I receive information and aid to influence your energy field to create stability and a healthy flow of energy. In each session, I write down the information I receive and we go over everything afterwards. The point of this, is the work is not done when the session is over. A lot of times, the movement of energy is simply not enough. In order to sustain the positive changes that take place, you need to understand why they are present, how they started, what is the root cause and how to create change in your life to ensure the healing takes root. 
This is why I do not Heal you. You heal yourself. Our higher selves, Great Spirit, our angels and guides help to heal you. It is a group effort, and I believe it is a very beautiful and important  way to approach every healing modality.
